Low-stock alerts before the shelf is empty

The most expensive stockout is the one you didn't see coming: the best-selling item gone by Thursday, reorder arriving Monday. Stock items carry a low-stock threshold; when quantity falls to or below it, the item is flagged. You don't need to remember which SKU is "the fast one" — the list tells you what needs reordering while there is still time to call the supplier.

Every movement updates the count

Inventory is only trustworthy if it moves with the business:

• Sales deduct quantity as items go out the door — including items billed as part of a customer sale.
• Purchases add quantity when stock arrives, recorded against the supplier.
• Credit sales (udhaar) still deduct stock — goods left, even if the money hasn't.
• Supplier & purchase books keep what-bought-from-whom, at what price, on what date.

Barcodes without the barcode system

Barcode hardware and label software are overkill for most small shops. Pasal Manager generates a barcode for each item automatically and lets you print labels — enough to barcode your fast-moving SKUs, speed up entry, and keep shelf tags consistent. Printing needs only a normal printer; no special driver or scanner purchase to start (typing the code or name works too).

Works offline — count stock anywhere

Stock doesn't care about your internet: the back room, the basement store room, the van. Entries are recorded entirely offline and sync when connectivity returns, so a stocktake in a dead-signal corner of the shop still works. PIN lock and biometric unlock keep the numbers private to you and your staff device.
